30hr Yin YTT

This extensive 30-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training led by Georgia Hicks (RYT 550 hours) will give you a clear understanding of the principles of teaching and sequencing Yin, an understanding of fascia, connective tissue, meridian lines, chakras and anatomy, and the therapeutic affect of this powerful practice.

You will also explore experientially how Yin Yoga works on deep energetic levels to still the mind and balance the emotions, even releasing long held emotions on a cellular level.

You will be guided through the teaching method and sequencing of the key poses and variations in Yin Yoga leaving you clear and confident to safely teach this powerful practice.
