Saturday morning: Arrive at 9am for a 9.30am class start. As you arrive there will be some thoughtfully prepared activities to help you ground, connect and relax into the day, We'll work with an ancient Yogic practice to connect to our deepest intentions and help us get crystal clear on where we want to go in life. We’ll then start the day with a 9.30am sunny beach Yoga practice. After practice, we'll have some freshly prepared cold press juices and herbal teas.

Saturday mid-morning: Next, we will go on an invigorating walk through nature along the beach, through bushlands, and then back to our gorgeous beachside home. In this walk, you'll have time to contemplate, meditate and journal if you wish. At the end of this walk, you also have the option to refresh yourself in the ocean (which is right on our doorstep.)

Saturday lunch: We'll return home to a beautiful healthy lunch prepared on-site by our private chef. You are also welcome to use the showers indoors to clean off after your swim. This is a time for slow relaxed eating and chilling out. Take your time to rest and digest. You are welcome to enjoy some wine in the sun from one of the Peninsula's finest wineries, you may even want to take a glass down to the beach and watch the waves roll in and out as you slow down and relax.

Saturday afternoon: In the afternoon, we will have a private musician accompany us for live sound healing during a soothing Yin and Yoga nidra class. This class will be soothing and grounding, offering you a chance for you to fully tune out the external world and tune in to yourself.

Closing: We will finish with a cacao ceremony around the fire where you can really solidify your intentions moving forward from the day retreat. You may then choose to book your own accommodation on the Peninsula and make a weekend of it or return home with your cup full.
