The challenge:

  • Four Yoga classes per week. Either choose from the On-Demand library or join the 4 Live classes I'll be teaching each week. It's not about how long, or what type of class but simply showing up

  • One breathing exercise per week. Practice this for 5 mins daily

  • One simple 'Off the mat' exercise per week which I will email to you
